The hotel was execellent, about 7 to 10 mins walk to all the main tourist areas, shops on 5th Ave, Time Square, Empire State, Top of the Rock etc... the staff were all extremely helpful and polite, the maid service was excellent they were lovely. The concierge desk was run by a young lady called Yelena who was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay at the hotel, she recommended attractions to visit, gave directions to same, recommended tour buses and trips etc, she helped make our stay in New York an absolute wonderful experience. She is a credit to the company. I heard her on a few occasions advising other people staying at the hotel about ameneties nearby that they would ask about, a few times in different languages which was fantastic.
