Booking "all inclusive" can make your money go further. Many hotel providers grade their "all inclusive" programes as a guide so holiday makers know what to expect from the moment they book.

The following descriptions below explain the different ratings as well as the minimum range of included items.

All Inclusive Light

An all Inclusive Light programme is normally a Full Board plus drinks arrangement and consists of three meals each day, plus free beverages at meal times only. Drinks include locally produced beer, wine, soft drinks and water.

All Inclusive Bronze

An All Inclusive Bronze programme includes three meals each day and a selection of locally produced alcoholic and non-alcholic beverages with meals and from the bar. A selection of snacks is also available.

All Inclusive Silver

All Inclusive Silver programme is an elevated version of a Bronze package and includes three meals a day, snacks, locally produced alcoholic and non-alcholic drinks and selected imported unbranded alcoholic drinks. hotels in the Silver category will have at least two restaurants, one of them being an "a la carte" restaurant, where reservations can be made and hotel guests can eat for up to two nights of their stay. The All Inclusive Silver programme also includes a minimum of four sports and leisure activities. A minimum of 2 nights entertainment is also included a week.

All Inclusive Gold

Lastly, an All Inclusive Gold programme is the most comprehensive all inclusive hotel package and includes three meals a day, snacks, a full range of locally produced international and premium branded alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Also included is a full range of sports and leisure activities and a full entertainment programme. Inclusive Gold hotels have at least three restaurants or snack bars, three bars, unlimited snacks and drinks and a regularly stocked minibar in each room.
